SEM510 and SEM512 are newly developed hydrostatic driving soil compactors with both rear axle and front drum drive which meets stage II emission and targets current SEM product markets in AME, AMS, AP and CIS region which requires stage II and less emission regulation.

SEM510 and SEM512 Soil Compactors feature enhanced reliability, productivity, easy operation and low operation cost due to leading in class amplitude and static linear pressure while maintaining the same or greater gradeability due to our hydrostatic propel system with limited slip differential rear axle. Further, the pod style eccentric design deliver a leading in class reliability and up to one year or 2000 working hours maintenance interval which is much longer than most competitors’ machines with conventional vibration mechanism.

Propel System–adopt a hydrostatics transmission with world class piston pump and motors for both rear axle and front drum drive. 

Vibratory System–feature a pod-style eccentric weight design. The steel shots are sealed in eccentric block, results in smoother vibration initiation and lower impaction during changes in frequency, less oil contamination for vibration system so that extends the maintenance interval and the life of vibration system

Cooling system: modular cooling package design with optimized cooling performance for each system, increased cooling performance up to 49°C ambient temperature capacity
