Having launched the advanced machine in Europe successfully, JCB evaluates the opportunity to bring another innovative product - the Hydradig 110W wheeled excavator – to the Russian market.
When developing the Hydradig, time-proven components and technologies were used that were recognized in the world market of special-purpose machines. This is a self-developed JCB Ecomax engine, bridges, hydraulic cylinders, cabin and all major assembly units. The machine is also equipped with the LiveLink telematics system, which allows for remote monitoring of the location of the excavator, as well as for monitoring of fuel consumption and other operating parameters.
The wheeled excavator cab is equipped with panoramic windows so that the operator can see all of the four wheels. This solution was achieved by placing the components of the power plant and the transmission in the wheeled chassis, and not on the upperstructure of the machine.
The excavator can be transported in a standard trailer-truck with side curtains: the total height of the Hydradig has been reduced by 150 mm compared to the analogues, and the lowered center of gravity guarantees the stability of the machine during its transportation.
The low center of gravity and unsurpassed stability allow the operator to use the potential of the new excavator, which can reach speed of up to 40 km/h, to the full. It quickly moves between objects due to continuously variable-ratio hydrostatic drive to all four wheels and controlled wheels of both axles.
The wide-opening steel hood provides for an easy access to the engine located on the side of the chassis, and to the radiator pack.
